PATIENT ELIGIBILITY

To be considered for participation in Operation Sight, an individual must meet the following criteria:

1. Be a South Carolina resident,

2. Have a cataract diagnosis causing a significant decrease in vision,

3. Be 18 - 63 years of age,

4. Do not have insurance that would cover procedures provided by Operation Sight, and

5. Have income at or below the 200% 2022 Federal Poverty Guidelines.
